Yunus Atalar

Yunus Atalar was born in Samsun, where he completed his middle and high school education. In 2009, he went to the People’s Republic of China for his undergraduate studies and earned a degree in Chinese Language and Culture from Tianjin Normal University (TNU). From 2013 to 2015, he completed his master’s degree in International Chinese Language Teaching at Lanzhou University. During this time, he also received additional training in International Trade at several prominent consulting firms.

Since April 2023, Yunus Atalar has been serving as the General Manager at OZANBY Consulting and Foreign Trade Inc. In this role, he oversees operations in the renewable energy, defense, automotive, and construction sectors, all based in Türkiye.

Previously, from 2019 to 2023, Yunus Atalar worked as a Senior Manager in the Project Finance and Cross Border Department at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Turkey Bank Inc., where he played a key role in developing financial strategies. Between 2018 and 2019, he served as a Business Development Specialist at Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (XCMG) Turkey Branch. From 2015 to 2018, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Bank of China Turkey A.Ş.

Yunus Atalar is proficient in Chinese and English and is married with two children.
