After graduating from Atatürk Construction Technical High School, Bayram Küçük studied German language abroad for two years and successfully completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration.

He took an active role in the establishment phase of Dokuz Eylul University and served as a manager at various levels for thirty years. The deep knowledge and leadership experience he gained in this process brought him to the fore in the health sector as well.

He continued his career as the General Manager of a company operating in the field of health tourism, thus signing joint projects in the field of health in many countries. At the same time, he took part in the establishment of Azerbaijan Medical University Hospital and assumed important responsibilities as the chief director of the hospital.

In 2019, Ozanby A.Ş. He took part in the establishment of the company and pioneered the company to become a well-known and successful brand in the sector in a short time. Known for his experience in the health sector throughout his career and his innovative leadership understanding, Küçük is known as a respected leader in the international arena with his working level at the German language, he is married and has 2 children.
