Yunus Atalar was born in Samsun and completed his secondary and high school education here. He went to the People’s Republic of China for his undergraduate education in 2009. He studied Chinese Language and Culture at Tianjin Normal University (TNU). Between 2013 and 2015, he completed his master’s degree in International Chinese Language Instructor at Lanzhou University. During this period, he also received trainings in the field of trade in the field of trade in important consultancy companies.

He has been working as the General Manager at Ozanby Danışmanlık Dış Ticaret A.Ş. since April 2023. In this position, he manages operations in Turkey-based renewable energy, defense industry, automotive and construction sectors.

Previously, between 2019-2023, he worked as a Senior Manager in Project Financing and Cross Border Department at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Turkey Bank A.Ş. played a role. Between 2018-2019, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. He worked as a Business Development Specialist at (XCMG) Turkey Branch. Between 2015-2018, he worked as a Project Manager Assistant at Bank of China Turkey A.Ş.

Yunus Atalar, who is competent in Chinese and English languages, is married and has two children.
